H148 Universal Cylindrical Grinder is of precision and good stability, especially suitable for grinding long-shaft with larger shaft-shoulder radius. Besides, it is easy to operate, suitable for single piece or small batch production.
Main Application and Features
- By turning workhead or wheelhead at any angle, various kinds of internal-or external-taper works can be ground.
- Worktable is driven by hydraulic with speed steplessly-adjustable, cross-feed can be carried out with intermittent-feed or manual-feed.
- Worktable and wheelhead guide are lubricated by pressure-oil.
- Wheelhead spindle is supported by sliding bearings, each composed by three segmental shoes.
- Internal grinding attachment is easy to mount and dismount. The machine also provides various-size wheels, grinding-rods and flat belt-pulleys for your option in accordance with different work-diameters.
