Application:

This is a new kind of construction and decoration material, it is mixed by PVC, PP, PE, PS, ABS, etc with different plant fiber, and then formed by vacuum calibrator. It is used in drilling, planting, nailing, sawing, jointing, printing and other construction method. The machine unit is mainly used in producing PVC window material, multiple-holes pipe for padding through lines. PVC wood plastic decorative material, skirting board, door frame, floor etc.

Features and advantage:

1. According to different demands of products, we can choose various sizes of conical twin screw extruder, vacuum sizing case, haul-off unit, cutting unit, stacker etc.

2. The vacuum sizing case adopts special enlarged cooling system which is good for cooling and calibrating products. As per different moulds, and choosing 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m vacuum sizing cases, so as to meet the requirements of high output.

3. The haul-off adopts special up-down technology of our company, work stability, good reliability and large tracking force. The cutters moving speed keep up with the tracking speed. It has sensible design and firm running. It can automatic cut in fixed length and also has powder re-collect device.

4. Main electric units adopt import equipments, the whole line could be controlled by computer program system.
