H234 CNC Angular Approach Cylindrical Grinder is mainly designed for the batch production of various shaft-kind parts. The two-axis CNC system makes the machine own the functions of wheel automatic infeed, workpiece automatic tightening and axial positioning, automatic workpiece measuring, headstock automatic set stopping, wheel automatic dressing and wheelhead automatic compensation after wheel dressing. After the workpiece is clamped, the machine can finish one or more cylindrical or end-face grinding.

Angular wheelhead plunge grinding type makes the machine own the functions of both one-time shaping grinding and several times segmental grinding
The wheel is in forward type CNC two-axis coordinating dressing
Headstock motor is controlled by AC frequency inverter and in infinitely variable speed
Hydro-dynamic-static or hydro-static bearing type wheel spindle system is adopted
Wheel spindle lubricating oil tank with temperature-control function is equipped
Good sealing separate electric cabinet with stabilized voltage power supply and dehumidification and refrigeration device
Imported ball screw, bearing and bearing seal are adopted
Equipped with load control device and overload prevent device
