ZG-0.1 Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace
Vacuum induction melting (VIM) furnace is used to perform the melting process in vacuum using mid-frequency induction heating technology, mainly melting and casting nickel-based alloy, special steel, precision alloy, neodymium iron boron, dysprosium metal, activated metal, superalloy, hydrogen storage materials, and magnetic material in vacuum or under protective atmosphere for scientific research institutes and manufacturing departments. Either thyristor frequency converter or IGBT variable frequency power supply can be chosen as mid-frequency power supply, which will be determined by the clients.
