ZG-0.2Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace
Vacuum induction melting (VIM) furnace is used to perform the melting process in vacuum using mid-frequency induction heating technology, mainly melting and casting nickel-based alloy, special steel, precision alloy, neodymium iron boron, activated metal, superalloy, hydrogen storage materials, and magnetic materials in vacuum or under protective atmosphere for scientific research institutes and manufacturing departments. Furnace shells are divided into three categories according to their diameters which are φ1800mm, φ2000mm and φ2400mm. Either thyristor frequency converter or IGBT variable frequency power supply can be chosen as mid-frequency power supply, which will be determined by the clients.
