Vacuum Hot Press Furnace
Vacuum hot press furnace is used to shape metal powder or metal-ceramics mixture with pressure using hot pressing technology in vacuum.
Structure:
Furnace body: The inner wall is made of stainless steel(lci18Ni9Ti)and outer wall is made of ordinary carbon steel. The cooling water is provided between two walls. The pressure head adopts water cooling pressure head, which diameter and stroke can be determined by customers. The running speed of the pressure head can be adjusted and the pressure head can be moved out of temperature sustaining zone. Due to the structure, the hot press furnace can be used either in vacuum or under gas atmosphere.
Vacuum system: According to the requirement of customers, the furnace can be equipped with several different kinds of pumps, which normally are mechanical pump, roots pump and diffusion pump. The final vacuum can reach 10-3Pa. The vacummizing speed can be adjusted by choosing different pumps which will be decided according to chamber volume and the gas generated from the pressed material.
Power supply: The heating process can be done by induction heating or resistance heating. The power is 45KW-200KW and heating temperature is 400℃-2300℃。
Automatic control: Omron temperature controller is used to control temperature and temperature rising speed. The customers should establish the temperature control curve themselves to realize manual and automatic operation modes. Temperature should be determined using either w-re thermocouples or double-path rato thermometer, which is subject to the hot press temperature of the custormers. The furnace is equpped with pressure sensor and displacement sensor, with which the setup and control of pressure can be realized. The stroke of the pressure head can be shown on meter. The above mentioned control system can make record automatically.
Pressurizing system: consists of hydraulic system, oil tank and press machine. Presently, We can provide press machines of 100T, 150T and 300T. Two pressure heads can be moved either simultaneously or one at a time. The stroke of pressure head can be determined according to the customers’ requirement.
