ZGF Vacuum Induction Atomizing Furnace
Vacuum induction atomizing furnace is used to prepare metal powder using rapid solidification technology. The metal should be melted using induction heating technology first, then the melted metal should be atomized through highly pressurized inert gas , and after condensation, the fine particles(powder) will be formed. We can prepare metal powder of different diameters by adjusting the pressure and velocity of inert gas. The furnace can be used for production of metal power of high purity, it can also used to produce metal powder of any compositions and complex material. The furnace is widely used in navigation, spaceflight, national defence, war industry, scientific research and other related industry.
