First the telephone Calling party (Short for user) dials  the callback platform connected number,after the platform receives the user calling number and hang up automatically  (The call will NOT be connected ,therefore you will NOT be charged),then call back to user on the name of operators in a few seconds. After the user picks up the machine and the first telephone conversational chain is set up. (To any parties will not produce charges), the system broadcast voice prompt to the called number, (user calling number), when Callback platform receives the called number and dial again, broadcast some corresponding prompt sound to the user , if it is called to pick up machine ,then the second link established, simultaneously Callback platform will connect the two chains . The conversation is set up. After the conversation, the system will record the second chain and will be charged accordingly, the telephone bill will be charge by accounts or card according to the rate.

      ^_●VOIP landing platform is requested: the methods of the DTMF transfer by the RFC2833/H245String/Q.931 ,or it may appear heavy/dropout situation

      ^_●As far as possible to guarantee the landing gateway and the pure software callback server's network efficiency, it is better to link in the same network segment so as to guarantee the sound quality
