The production capacity of production line is based on the QT Block making machine. You also can choose double QT Machine to set up a bigger block factory.
Full-auto production line contains batching plant, cement screw conveyor, cement silo, 7U-QT series block making machine, elevator, lowerator, finger kiln cart, cuber, etc
All these machines are be controlled by one or two workers in the control room. There are four control cabinet in the control room which are control four stage of producing block:
-PLC control system 1, it controls the working conditions of aggregate batching plant, aggregate belt conveyer, cement screw conveyer, concrete mixer, concrete humidity tester, cement scale, and air compressor.
-PLC control system 2, it controls the working conditions of concrete belt conveyor, concrete storage hopper, hydraulic station, and block making machine, block conveyer, pallet feeder, and elevator
-PLC control system 3, it controls the working conditions of kiln cart, hydraulic station, inductive units, the curing rooms, so that the block curing stage runs automatically and normally
-PLC control system 4, it controls the working conditions of lowerator, block conveyer, block pusher, block cuber, the two hydraulic stations, crawler belt conveyer, pallet returning device I, pallet pusher, returning device II.
Full-auto production line adopts steam curing room. Block is easily to be cured in steam curing room. And the blocks can be strong and hard in one day. It is good for the customer who invests too much, and it is good for some cold area. The total factory just need about 4 worker, one worker send the aggregate into the hopper of batching plant, and one worker operate machines in e control room, two workers send the finished blocks to storage area by forklifts.
