The washer is wide, which gived bigger allowance for pieces or structurese to be fastend while performing the fixing of anchor. the plastic part of ring gets deformed. which fills and blocks the hole of the piece or strcture to be fastened; this plastics absorbs material irregularitied ans in addition it is a usefrul damp proof piece to inner mechansim of the anchor.
