block making simple production line

 

Introduction of Production Line:

There are two kinds of machine in this line, main block machine and mixer. Main block machine is operated by PLC, work automatically. Mixer should be operated on manual.

 

Simple production line is good for customer who invests little. All the machines are easy to operate by workers. The factory needs about 12 workers.

 

The flow of work is as follow:                    

1. Raw material batching and mixing: 2 workers batch aggregate, such as sand, stone, cement, according to their experience and requirements of produced blocks; the mixer is also controlled manually, setting time for stirring, watering, mixing, and discharging the raw material inside, step by step concrete is ready after these actions of mixer. For this stage, the factory need about 4 workers.

2. Block making: for this stage, the machines can work automatically. The belt conveyer carries concrete from mixer to HSUM-QT series block making machine. Concrete is discharged in to feeding box, fed into the mold, after that, with the help from the hydraulic station, the mold vibration, pressing, demolding, then the blocks are produced on the pallet, and conveyed onto the chain conveyer; at this time, the block making procedure is finished. The procedure is PLC controlled, and provides convenient touch screen system to adjust the parameters for feeding time, vibration time, vibration frequency, pressing pressure and demolding pressure, according the quality of raw material, the product dimension, and the strength requirements of product. For this stage, just need one worker to operate control cabinet.

3. Transferring and curing:

The produced blocks are then stacked layer by layer to 3 or 4 layers by the stacker; workers move the stacked block to curing area with hydraulic forklift; after 1 day curing, then blocks have obtain certain strength, then workers stack them to the storage area. For these stage, there are 3 workers.
