L Type Single Beam Gantry Crane

L type single beam gantry crane is consisting of the skeleton structure, lifting and cross travelling mechanism or electric hoist, long travelling mechanism, cabin and electrical control system. The trolley can move horizontally on a pair of rails on the beam. The electric hoist can move horizontally on the rail fitted under a beam. The beam is welded structure of boxed-type. The advantage of the L shape is to make room for cargo travelling under beam, more reasonable and more reliable.

Cabin used for operating, with seats inside. Floor adopts insulation pads and toughened glass for windows; extinguisher and fan are equipped. Other accessory equipment like air-condition, buzzer, interphone and etc can be configured according to our client’s request!

The length of cantilevers can be designed to meet the working demands.

This type is widely used in railway, highway, bridge building, power station, ship building for general service, such as loading, unloading, lifting and transferring work in ports, mines, warehouse, docks and outdoor yards of the factory or on railways, also works as container carne matching special hang parts.
