Fan filter Unit (FFU) is clean room air circulation and filtration equipment which combination of air supply fan motor and air filter (HEPA / ULPA), mainly used to filter the air in the workplace from harmful airborne dust particles exists, providing a clean air. FFU clean room can be broadly stratified laminar flow and turbulent flow type two categories, laminar flow in Class 1000 or less, while turbulent type clean room is in the Class 1000 above; mainly installed on the clean room ceiling and above of the machine, or the grid floor clean room, providing required air circulation and air filtration for machine and clean room. FFU suitable for 10 to 10,000 clean class clean room, facilitate centralized control;
