This equipment completely analog the production situation of industrial sterilizer, 

which integrate heating, cooling and heat recycling, so it reflect the real production data.

In built hot water boiler system, it is needless to use external steam generators

or steam boilers; with compact structure, the external facilities are only tap water 

and electricity. Upon requirements, we can combine homogenizer and aseptic filler 

into one mini processing line. 

Whole machine made of high quality INOX, the contact parts with materials by stainless 

steel #316. The gaskets & seals in tube adopt food grade fluorous rubber. Tube joints use 

DIN sanitary ones.

For the control system, buttons & digital display and pressure gauge are configured to 

show the parameters such as temperature, flow capacity. Touch screen and digital sensor are optional.
