Based upon the modeling structure built in the right of table, the upper table runs along against the modeling ruler, executing the convex and concave profile grinding of roll-barrel.
While the modeling structure come off, able to turning to normal cylindrical roll and roll-journal grinding. The traverse of wheelhead is with the hydraulic rapid approach & withdrawal, auto-intermittent cycle and manual micro infeed functions.
The hydro-dynamic-static bearing is adopted in the spindle of wheelhead.
The workpiece rotates in infinitely variable speed driven by AC frequency-inverted motor.
The wheel dressing device mounted on the rear of the tailstock.
The machine is equipped with the coolant tank which with the magnetic separator and paper-filters.
According to user’s need, capable of furnishing with auto-measuring device to measure the diameter, roundness, cylindricity of workpiece and the shaping error of roll, and further through the data processing, typing out the error data.
