Dusts, oil droplets and water droplets in compressed air can easily be removed by effective filter, whereas most of the water vapor and oil mist in it can be removed effectively only when they are refrigerated to the dew point temperature and turned to the liquid form. In accordance with the refrigeration and dehumidifying principle, refrigeration dryer cools down the saturated compressed air that comes from air compressor to certain dew point temperature and separates out most of the liquid water along with dusts and oil, which will be expelled out of the machine through auto mechanism after being separated by gas-liquid separator.
