Aluminum foil contianer production line CTJY-80T 

Aluminum foil contianer production line CTJY-80T has been designed to produce extra-big and extra-deep aluminium food containers,dishes and trays. 80 tons high-performanced press with high stroke and big base plate assures a perfect location of the mould bottom die-set which can accommodate big moulds. 

 

Aluminium foil container prodcution line CTJY-80T is composed of the followings:

1.      Decoiler (with an auto-lubricator)

2.      Electrical control panel

3.      Air output control equitment

4.      80 ton press

5.      Collection desk

 

Main Features:

(1)   This production line can work automatically. Worker control and regulate this production line through eletric control equitment.`

(2)   The width of decoiler is about 520mm.

(3)   The feeding system control feeding length and stepping by computer, which assure a high-precision steps.

(4)   We can design and manufcture different machines on request. There is some difference in machine’s outer-apparance.
