Usually, a block production line has six stages:
Stage 1. Raw material batching
Stage 2. Concrete mixing
Stage 3. Block making
Stage 4. Block curing
Stage 5. Block cubing

Stage 1. Raw material batching Auto
-aggregate batching plant prepqre sand, scree, etc. With required ratio for mixer

-cement screw conveyer carry cement to mixer
-wheel loader carry sand, scree, etc. To batching plant
Stage 2. Concrete mixing Auto
-concrete mixer Prepare concrete for block making machine
-concrete humidity tester guarantee the humidity of concrete
-cement scale prepare required amount of cement to mixer
-air compressor open the discharge hole of mixer
Stage 3. Block making Auto
-concrete belt conveyer Carry concrete to storage hopper
-concrete storage hopper Store concrete for block making machine
-7U-QT/M block making machine Produce concrete blocks
-hydraulic station provide strong oil pressure power for actions of block making machine
-pallet feeder Provide pallet to block making machine
-block chain conveyer Carry fresh blocks&pallet out from block making machine to elevator
Stage 4. Block curing Auto
-elevator elevate fresh blocks&paver layer by layer
-kiln cart carry layers of fresh blocks&paver into and out of curing room
-hydraulic station provide oil pressure power for actions of kiln cart
-inductive units guide kiln cart to stop at the right positions
-iron rail for kiln cart to move on
-curing rooms where fresh blocks be cured to be strong
-steam boiler provide steam to curing rooms
Stage 5. Block cubing Auto
-lowerator lowerator layers of cured blocks&pallet to block conveyer
-block conveyer carry blocks&pallet to block pusher
-block pusher seperate blocks&pallet and push blocks to cuber
-block cuber cube blocks layer by layer onto block tray
-hydraulic station provide strong oil pressure power for cubing actions of block cuber
-crawler belt conveyer carry cubed blocks&tray away from cuber
-forklift carry cubed blocks&tray to block storage area
Stage 6. Pallet returning Auto
-pallet returning device I carry pallet to pallet pusher
-pallet pusher change the moving direction of pallet
-hydraulic station provide oil pressure power for pushing actions of block pusher and pallet pusher
-pallet returning device II carry pallet to pallet feeder
Control Systems 5 PLC
-PLC central control system it directs the other control systems to guarantee the whole production work in phase
-PLC control system 1, it controls the working conditions of aggregate batching plant, aggregate belt conveyer, cement screw conveyer, concrete mixer, concrete humidity tester, cement scale, and air compressor.
-PLC control system 2, it controls the working conditions of concrete belt conveyor, concrete storage hopper, hydraulic station, block making machine, block conveyer, pallet feeder, and elevator
-PLC control system 3, it controls the working conditions of kiln cart, hydraulic station, inductive units, the curing rooms, so that the block curing stage runs automatically and normally
-PLC control system 4, it controls the working conditions of lowerator, block conveyer, block pusher, block cuber, the two hydraulic stations, crawler belt conveyer, pallet returning device I, pallet pusher, returning device II.
Curing Way Steam Curing
10 hours in curing room with high pressure steam, then move outside for about about 1 day before selling
Workers Needed 4
1 for carrying aggregates(sand, scree, etc) to batching plant with wheel loader; 1 for controlling the whole production line through operating the central control cabinet, 1 for assisting the operating worker to maintain equipments of the production line, taking care of the curing rooms etc.; 1 for carrying cubed blocks to block storage area with forklift.
