Overview
Alu-Plastic-Alu/Alu-Alu/Alu-Plastic Blister Packing Machine DPP-250N is a our state of the art blister line for just-in- time production of small and medium batches, it is designed for a wide variety of tablets, capsules, and other unit dose media. The concept of the machine has been on the base of flexibility in operation, easy cleaning, and less material waste. It is suitable for packing with hard alumium/PVC/aluminum, aluminum/aluminum, aluminum/PVC materials.

Features
1. The spaces between the parts of shaping, heat sealing and cutting can be adjusted as required, thermoformed and coldformed blisters, changeovers are faster and easier.
2. Auto feeding, molds and blankers can be designed as per customer's request.
3. Touch-screen operator interface, PLC and frequency control, photoelectric location, ensure accurate synchronization.
4. Opto-electrical detector, auto rejection of flawed blisters, equipped with register cursor TXT device.
5. Climate and humindity controlled packaging suites.
6. All material contact parts made of stainless steel compliant with Current Good Manufacturing Practices(cGMP).
