Working Pinciple:
The tablets surface to be film coated making continuous and complicated orbital motion within the clean and closed rotating pan under the action of fluent overturn and frequenty exchange, during the motion, the coating medium stirring by solution handling tank automatically spays according to the technological process and rational technological parameters through peristaltic pump, at the same time, hot air and subpressure are supplied under the bottom of the layers, so that the coating solution spayed on the surface of tablet cores will dry rapidly, thus forming a solid, and smooth tablet, the whole working processes are automatically finished by control of PLC.

On the base of JZB-C(With all the same facts with Model JZB-C), and with following new advantageous:
1). Improved the design of the basic machine, with dual-layers hinged door on both sides of the main machine, featuring sound-proof, heat insulation and operation convenience; Enlarge the width of both ends of the cabinet, convenient to install the Choi steel.
2) Adopts micropressure transmitter, automatically control the adjusting valve of air door including on/off, automatic adjustment of input air and air pressure, up to optimal ideal coating requirement.
3) Automatic record, store and print of process data.
4) Auto solution of sprays(air supply) with purification, distribution, pressure regulation, at the same time, can also with function of air-break and power-down switch, garantees the ideal production condition of spray systems.
