I am the Mandate - you will deal directly with End-Seller - Buyer must be willing to travel

COMMODITY: Electrolytic copper cathode sheets (Grade A) to LME standard but Non LME Registered

QUALITY: 99.99% purity

QUANTITY: 1, 000MT per every month x 12 months = 12,000M/T YEARLY CONTRACT.

TRAIL SHIPMENT: 500M/T

Origin: Congo D.R.

Loading port: Dar Es Salaam port, Tanzania.

Destination port: C.I.F /BUYER'S OPTION.

PRICE: C.I.F US$ 2,900M/T

Inspection: The SGS, Tanzania Report will be allowed.

PACKING: By sheet in bundles.

Payment: Final payment shall be made after the arrival of goods and final inspection at the destination port. And payment against presentation of the Original BL at the off loading port payment shall be by cash, Swift Wire Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer (T.T) to Seller's designated Bank account.

PROCEDURES FOR COPPER CATHODE SHIPMENT.

1. LOI from buyer in this format.

2. Seller issues a FCO to buyer.

3. Buyer signs and returns FCO to Seller.

4. Buyer/Buyer's representative shall meet the Seller at Seller's sales office before shipping the Copper Cathode.

5. Seller agrees to 12 month contract as per proposed buy-schedule, attached.

6. Buyer submits FPA and the buyer shall pay for the shipping cost to seller's location for the T/T.

7. Seller shows proof of product.

8. Seller and buyer shall meet at seller's office/warehouse see copper cathode and including inspection by SGS Tanzania report in the presence of the seller's gemologist.

9. Payment will be made by DL/C Draft Letter Of Credit into seller's company's account immediately against shipping document and B/L.

10. Buyer must meet the seller at seller's office and see where seller's office located.

11. The offer is valid 14 days from the date of signing the FCO.
