Application:
Single-chip computer for industrial control uses the change of arc pressure when plasma cutting power supply is cutting uneven metal materials or the capacitance change between conductive circular ring and uneven steel plate of flame cutting so as to control the tracking of stepping motor ensuring that no change of the height between cutting nozzle and metal materials occurs when cutting. It is mainly applicable in portable mini flame/plasma cutting machine.
 
Features:
1.Integrated mechanical device with electric regulating device, being compact in structure and easy to install; 
2.The screw and the linear guide rail work together, with high positioning precision; 
3.With strong anti-inference capacity, smoothly operates when matching with any plasma cutting power supply;
4.With manual and automatic functions, digital displaying the height directly;
5.Linear value can be automatically set whenever charging under the capacitance model, ensuring no impact caused by the circumstances at specific time;
6.Initial point can be set, height can be maintained and operating parameters can be adjusted through the panel;
7.RS232 communication can accept control commands of control system and transmit the current state back;  
8.Self-identifying the edge of steel plate, preventing the cutting gun from impacting steel plate; 
9.Capacitance sensor and partial board signal of arc pressure can be received, and built-in stepping motor can be controlled;
