9) More details: We are the first spring manufacturer in South China introducing CNC heavy duty spring machines for different wire diameter ranging from 0.02mm to Φ20 mm. They are easily adjusted in coil diameter and pitch. We possess a whole set of CNC manufacturing and testing equipments ranging from wire tensile strength tester, shot peening machine, deburring machine, magnetic poweder flaw detector, to compression tester. This enables us meet all customers'demands.
Most of our Φ0.1mm to Φ0.8mm compression spring machines are equipped with length detector and automatically selecting instrument. These machines can calcuate CPK automatically. Only with accurate free length can our spring achieve consistent force per customers'request.
To fit in the Nami era, we are well equipped with precise spring machines and screen-dispiay electronic magnifying gauge which were imported from famous Japanese machine maker. The machines are capable of producing springs with minimum wire diameter of 0.03mm and outside diameter of 0.3mm.
