            Driven by Mitsubishi frequency-changeable speed-adjustable motor for accurate, reliable positioning, synchronic card feeding by SERVOPACK servo motor, continuous ultrasonic film sealing, automatic cards folding and collecting unit all guarantee the whole machine to work stably and reliably.

            Anti-noise inspection units are available to automatically inspect the positioning, empty/twin/interleaf cards, and collect the card number data for the packing databank.

            The operational interface is easy view English-Chinese touch screen.

            Controlled by reliable Siemens/NAIS PLC.

            Synchronic conveyor to well suit the card feeding & processing speed for proper card movement without troubles.

            Sealing edges of Great Wall zigzag , letters or personalized designs are possible.

            The speed is adjusted by convenient knob.

            Integrated safety system is equipped.

            Ultrasonic low-noise roller sealing mode works without compressed air supply.

            The working conditions and troubles are clearly shown and warned for convenient operation and maintenance
