Hot-fix setting machine

 

BN-A8CP hot-fix setting machine is advanced with its comfortablity in software interface, convenience in communication between user and machine and simplicity in operation, as a result of the stable and perfect mechanical structure and self-developed hit-fix setting software. It supports different patterns used for the hot-fix setting of 6 kinds of norms and colors at most. And now three machines can be operated concurrently only by one person. Presently, the machine has been exported to Canada, Middle East and other countries and areas.

Currently these are the shapes available. There are also various crystals from Swarovski that you can use as well as from other suppliers!

How does the BN-A8CP  know if the shape is up or down?

 

We adopt Japanese SMC non-air pressure switch to inspect the rhinestone-taking state, so as to make sure of the accuracy of rhinestone and its sticking each time.

 

All the components in our machines, such as mechanical sects, air part，sensor，and servo electrical machine, are of world-known brands. And all the components of mechanical parts are processed by CNC machine, their qualities are strictly guaranteed.

 

1,we introduce in delicate linear guide and ball screw  from Japanese and Taiwan, are sure that it can move continuously and stably for a long time and each rhinestone can be accurately set.

 

2,we adopt the imported SMC vacuum part from Japanese, and electromagnetic valve from Taiwan and Japanese, we are sure of their long life-expectancy and stability in service.

 

3, in mechanical control, we use imported servo system from Japanese and professional DSP moving control, which can compose automatically the patterns of rhinestone of 6 kinds of norms or colors at most. You can do it freely under working range.

 

The anti-disturbed circuit are uttered in our machine, so comfortable software interface is created. You can operate conveniently, editing any pattern you want. The software can identify bmp, jpg, dxf, dwg,, pat and other form.
