SV-250L Video Encoder and Decoder are SCom innovated H264/MPEG4 products for video transmission in vehicle monitoring systems.  SV-250L supports various A/V encoding and decoding formats, and it is applicable for the purposes of real-time monitoring and video storage, or in the fields of wireless transmission.  SV-250L is of compact and anti-vibration design, which can be used in the mobile monitoring systems for trains, subways, ships and etc.
