Applications:
UV-P is a benzotriazole type UV absorber. Characterized by its strong, broad range UV absorption property, UV-P brings an excellent photostability to polymers against UV light exposure in many ways i. e. Retarding color yellowing , preventing embrittlement, maintaining of mechanical properties etc.
* Styrenic polymers: 0.2-0.5wt% for PS based on polymer wt.
0.3-0.5wt% for ABS based on polymer wt.
0.5-2.0wt% for HIPS based on polymer wt.
Stability and Storage:
In a closed system and dry, dark place without any light exposure.
