Filter media of pleated filter elements are stainless steel sintered fiber web and stainless steel weaving wire cloth. Stainless steel sintered fiber web is a kind of filter media with high porosity and graded pore structure, which made by stainless steel fiber that sintered in high temperature. Pleated filter elements have advantages as follows: high-porosity, bigger filtration area, high dirt retention capacity and can be reused.

Stainless steel weaving wire cloth is made by weaving of stainless steel wire and pleated filter elements ensure the goodness of high strength, easy to clean, high heat-resistance, and economic for customers.

 

Applications: Pleated filter elements are mainly applied in filtration of high molecular polymer, drags, hydraulic oil, water treatment, and hot gas, etc.

The filter rating ranges from 3 to 200 microns, and shape and size can be defined according to customers’ requirements.
