Flowchart of the Biomass Briquette Technology:    1.Crusher Crusher is used to crush the raw materials into suitable size ones for drying and briquetting.There are two types of crushing machine----wood crusher and hammer mill. Wood crusher is for the large-diametered materials. And Hammer mill is for the small-diametered materials. 2.Dryer Decrease the moisture of raw materials to 8-12% for briquetting.  Drying is important for the proper preparation of materials prior to their briquetting. To make high quality briquettes with high density, it is very important to control the moisture content of raw material to 8-12% before loading the them into briquette machine. 3.Biomass briquette screw press Briquetting is one most important process. Under high screw press and temperature, raw materials are compressed to form into different shapes of density briquettes, such as cylinder, hexagon, square. 4.Carbonizing Put the bar briquettes into the carbonization furnace in order and carbonize them, eliminating tar, gas and other materials. The final products can be used for heating furnace, industrial boilers, biomass power plant, barbecue and so on.
