  HARDUN Series Car Low Temperature Electric Resistance Furnace(0～650℃) are mainly used for quenching-and-tempering for high chromium steel, die steel and some special steel, they can also be used for tempering and ageing for mechanical parts like high manganese steel castings, steel ball , breaking hammers, roll and wear-resisting materials.

-   The linings of HARDUN series car low temperature electric resistance furnace(0～650℃)are made of high temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks. Heating elements are high temperature electric resistant alloy strips or wires, which is stable and durable.

 

-    There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal pallet and furnace door . And foundation installation isn’t needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use it .

 

-  We use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature , it can perform functions such as heating up , heat –retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.
