Machine description:

This machine mainly consists of uncoiler, hydraulic station, pneumatic press arm, coil loading trolley and guide rail. The uncoiler mandrel can shrink and expanse to meet different inner diameter of steel coils. With the control of PLC, this machine can load the steel coil onto the uncoiler automatically by coil car and uncoiler mandrel interaction. It has better loading capacity and performance than simple uncoiler, also its automatic coil load ensures the worker’s safety.

 

Working flow:

load coil onto the trolley—trolley move forward and life the coil to the mandrel—mandrel expanse—trolley move backward—mandrel start rotation—uncoiling-- press arm hold down the coil when machine stop
