6118B UF Resin Powder (3 Components) could reach the E0, E1 Internationalstandard of free formaldehyde emission. It also can meet the standard of JAS Dip Peel Test. This product has excellent adhesive strength. It's an ideal adhesive special for bamboo, Chinese oak, ash, oak and the other high density wood products. 6118B UF Resin Powder could completely disperse in water and keep a longer activity life.

4. Usage Method
1. Pretreatment of the gluing material.
A) The moisture content must be adjust to 10±2%
B) The surface of the product must be polished or sanded. The thickness tolerance Should be under 0.1mm.
2. Mixture of Glue
A) Mixture Ratio: UF Resin Powder: Water = 1: 0.5
B) Mixture Method:
Put 2/3 water of the total capacity into mixer, and then add the UF Resin Powder Host Additive, Modifier and Hardener in turn. Stir the solution by the frequency of 50-150 RPM. After being completely mixed, pour the rest 1/3 water in. Stir for 3-5 minutes, until the solution is completely mixed together again.
C) The solution could keep activity for 4-8 hours.

The wood could be treated immediately after being pressed. But in winter it should be maintain for 6 hours before further processing.
5. Storage and Note
1. Storage life: 1 years under temperature lower than 30℃.
2. The goods should be stored in a dry, ventilated location. Avoid direct sunlight and Moisture.
3. Please seal the package immediately once the pack has bee opened to avoid moisture.
4. Avoid contact with eye. Once splashed into eyes, flush out with plenty of clean water. Consults doctor if necessary.
