1. Clorless aquare crystal, ordinarily in white or white cavernous and honeycombed.

2. Easily soluble in water and the solution is subacid.

3. Mainly applied in desiccant and used as the dehydrating agent for producing alcohol, ester, ether allyl resin.

4. Also could be used for processing and deinking the waste paper.

5. It is the raw material in producing calcium salt.

6. The solution can be used as the flocculating agent in industries such as sodium alginate and bean product.
