Automatic order change, order change time <2s, blade-positioning precision ±0.5 mm. Slitter sets and scorer sets are individually servo controlled. For shifting of slitter or scorer sets we use precision linear guide, pinion and rack. Thus quick act and high precision are realized.

Slitters and scorers are inverter controlled, timing belt driven, realizes synchronization of slitting and scoring with cardboard transmission.

The front scoring workstation: used for prescoring or convex-to-flat scoring, upper row is a convex wheel and lower row is a mill-finish hard-tungsten plated cylinder which can protect base liner.

The back scoring workstation: used for convex-to-concave (MW shape) scoring, upper and lower rows are M or W shaped wheels.

The combination of two workstations can realize scoring quality for low-qualified cardboards. Manual change of scoring wheels. Minimum score spacing is 30mm.

Gaps between upper and lower scorers are automatically adjusted according to web quality, flute type, number of layers.

Long-lasting alloyed steel thin-blades. Automatic selection of slitter sets, automatic sharpening, cooling and lubrication of blades.

Shifting of edge waste suction inlet is AC servo controlled. Left and right waste suction inlets move automatically, symmetrically and synchronously according to position of border blades. For its transmission are linear guide and timing belt adopted.

Automatic order change; Integration of automatic control systems and mechatronics design enables independent running of the machine; Standard 5.7″ touch-screen monitor and friendly HMI on operator console is used for on-site operating. Standard bus and communication interfaces can connect with centralized management system (CMS); If MCS system on this machine is connected with CMS system and ERP system, this machine can realize remote order change.
