1.        Usage

Heats and presses glued web together, then passes web to cooling chest.

 

2.        Technical specifications and features

2.1         Effective width:      1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200mm.

2.2         Steam and cooling chest made of steel structure, with 18 or 16 sets (600mm*1950mm*160mm), achieved National pressure container board certification.

2.3         Steam chest equipped with 6 pressing rollers, lifting/lowering of steam chest using auto hydraulic control system, each set of pressing roller with manual fine tuning, as well as auto pneumatic lifting/lowering of pressing roller.

2.4         Upper and lower canvas belts with auto rectification device, pneumatic control of belt’s tightness, ensures stability of canvas belts during operation.

2.5         4 Individual heating modules with independent air supply and water drainage, 2 modules using temperature valves to cut off air supply.  Controls surface temperature of steam chest according to different humidity during different seasons, ensuring quality of web.

2.6         16 steam chests of total length 10.5m, 18 steam chests of total length 11m.

2.7         16 cooling chests of total length 6.2m, 18 cooling chests of total length 8m.

2.8         Upper and lower rollers use imported bearings.  30 pcs of upper and lower rollers for 16 chest config, 41 pcs of upper and lower rollers for 18 chest config.

2.9         16 chest config:  37.7m upper canvas belt, 15.7m lower canvas belt.

18 chest config:  42.4m upper canvas belt, 20.1m lower canvas belt.
