Microencapsulation Red Phosphorus Masterbatch

 

YS   Series red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch   made by   ultra-fine (10--20μm ) microencapsulation red phosphorus   powder which produced by our company as flame retardant components, using PA, PBT and other kinds of resin as carrier, is a highly effective flame retardant by twice coating.

 

Characteristics:

1 , Good compatibility with polymer,   high   thermal stability,   high dispersion , excellent mechanical properties ；

2 , High electric leakage resistance (CTI value) ;  

3 , Environmental protection, non-toxic, low smoke, pyrolysis,   and   not produce   poisonous gas while burning ；
