*AC resistance welding is the welding method with which the end surfaces of two parts are pressed tightly,and the resistance heat is used to heat up the surfaces to the plasticized status,and then the upset forging pressure is quickly applied(or without applying thr upset forging pressure but only keeping the welding pressure)to compiete the welding.
*The welding process is simple just position the parts ,and depress the switch with foot ,and the welding efficiency is high.
*It is mainly used for the butt welding of metal material(such as iron wire,pipes,etc)with a small section area(less than 250 mm2)
