Automatic TIG (Plasma) longitudinal seam welding machinery used for butt-welding plates, cylinders, etc. Made of steel stainless steel, aluminum and copper alloys. Due to steady movement of the carriage with the TIG torch, welds have smooth appearance.

1, Pneumatic clamping device is equipped with special pressing feet that assure safe and precise clamping of the parts.
2, Back up plate can be adjusted to accommodate various thickness of welded material.
3, Back up plate also provides uniform and steady flow of shielding gas to protect back of the weld during single pass welding.
4, Carriage is driven by DC motor with the feedback to assure constant velocity.
5, Position of the Welding Gun is arranged by pneumatically driven mechanism, which allows manual fine adjustment of the Gun position across the weld.
