Application

1) The glue is spread evenly on the ground base by using A2/A3 scraper. The glue drying time is made by the Weather, ground surface absorbency and the glue coating quantity, etc. In the standard environment, worker can apply the PVC floor after 20 minutes.

 2) After the PVC floor installation, the PVC floor paved area must be roll press, and the area has to be roll press once again to assure the adhesive working result.  

3) The not dried left glue can be wipe out by the wet dishcloth or the washed by the water.

4) The glue completely solidifying time is 7 days after its installation.

 

Important Indications

1)             The glue can be kept in 12 month on the condition that the temperature is 3℃-50℃ and  relative humidity  be under 75%.  The opened barrel has to be closed and used it out as soon as possible.

2)             The best installation condition: Temperature  15℃-45℃, relative humidity  be under 75%. The too high and too low temperature can affect the glue paving and solidifying time.

 

3)             The application on the smooth and good absorbency ground surface, it can enhance the initial viscosity and shorten the construction time.
