Function: Using the matched different molds to produce different patterns of foam mold cups and shoulder collars.
Usage of machine:
Using wooden / bakelite template and bandknife to cut foam sheet and get a foam shape with thinner edge or cookies (depends on the shape of template). Such foam inserts cut by this machine will be inserted into foam bra cups to make second molding for achieving push-up foam pads or foam cups.
Features:
(1) After transferred different molds, it can produce different types of products and can make the foam by certain sponge machine which needs the second time requiring processed.
2) It is only needed to fix the molds by handle so as to work forward and backward safely and quickly.
3) The saw belt can be adjusted to be loose or tight and it is easy to install and replace.
(4) It has the function that the belt's cutting edge can be restored automatically, which guarantees the saw belt's cutting edge to be sharp and the products' quality.
