1.There is no need to beat flat the materials to process, thus the material end having been heated we can finish its fishtail decoration production directly by this machine. The machined material end becomes wider and thinner with the thickness not more than 2mm.
2. Made with cycloidal pinwheel reduction box the machine has large torque. Special way is adopted for the torque transmission between the gear box and working case, ensuring smooth and reliable mechanical operation.
3.The imported material clamp apparatus has the following advantages: being adjustable, flat and straight guide, and the finished fishtail veining being straight.
4.On the back holdup plate of the machine, there is a rolling size localization device. We can according to the product requirement select the rolling length localization size and achieve the optimum result.
5.Wen we process 10mm or more material, we can use the coarse rolling mechanism of the machine and then get the beautiful moulding fishtail pattern.
6.The machine has large processing range and high production efficiency, and can roll 300 pieces of 8*40mm flat iron parts per hour.
