KTPP (Potassium Tripolyphosphate)
Properties:
Anhydrous tetra potassium phosphate is in white powder or granular. Relative density 2.534 g/cm3 and melting point 1109centidegree; It is apt to absorb humidity in the open air to deliquescent; Soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol, and at 25centidegree, its solubility in water is 187g/100g water; It can chelate with alkaline metals ions or heavy metal ions.
Uses:
Sequestering agent for calcium and magnesium in food products; highly soluble in aqueous solutions; excellent dispersion properties; low sodium meats, Poultry, processed sea foods, processed cheeses, soups and sauces, noodle products, pet foods, modified starches, processed blood.
Packing and Storage:
In 25kg, 50kg, 1000kg net bag, store at a cool, dry and well ventilated place.
