150TBN Sulfurized Calcium Alkyl phenolate

 

Medium based sulfurized calcium alkyl phenolate (T121) is produced through the vulcanization, neutralization, hi-alkalization reaction with the main component of dodecyl-phenol. The product is a lube additive with comprehensive properties and wide application. It has excellent abilities in acid-neutralization, high-temperature detergency, and remarkable resistance to oxidation, resistance to corrosion, emulsification and oil solubility. It has preferable compatibility with sulphonate, olefine-succinmide, ZDDP, and other additives. It has notable effect in reducing carbon deposition of piston top ring groove, and it is widely used to mediate middle and high grade engine oils.
