Steel Plate & Sheet Flying Shear Machine
The complete line is used for metal coils with different specifications. After uncoiling, flatting, length, shearing, the flat plate with suitable length and width will be made. It is the same with processing cold-rolled sheet, galvanized sheet, chromatic steel, etc.
This series of production line completes a loading barrow, uncoiler, feeder, traction flattener, detection device, flying shear machine (crosscut), conveyor belt, blanking, palletizing. This series of flying shear line can achieve shearing 150 cut per minute, and its maximum speed is 80m/min. It is adopted six-prong multi-roller flattener machine to achieve shearing plate with no scars. The flying shear is drived by servo motor to achieve a high precision cutting. It is adopted a double-position stacking and made it quick and efficient. It also has a friendly human-machine interface.
