Description
HONGDA serial concrete mixer truck is SHANDONG HONGDA GROUP’ s independently developed products on the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign advanced techniques. The product mainly applies to long-distance mixing transport of concrete mixture, effectively delay concrete coagulation, avoids concrete stratification and eduction, and ensures construction quality and speed. HONGDA serial concrete mixer trucks include many models such as 8m3,9m3,10m3,12m3,14m3 and can choose any tailor-made-for-mixer-truck special chassis both at home and abroad as supporting part according to customers’ choices. The stirring vat driving system adopts original imported AMERICA and GERMANY closed circuit hydraulic system pump, motor, and reductor, and supporting hydraulic parts such as oil tank, radiator, filter, hose connector all adopt imported parts in order to ensure hydraulic system with long using life. Stirring vat body and helical vanes all adopt B520JJ single-purpose special fine crystal particle hard wearing steel plate from SHANGHAI BAOGANG while the easy wearing positions having much contact with concrete such as feeding and discharge bucket chutes, etc. Are also stuck with hard wearing steel plate, which correspondingly give the product rather long using life. Multiple mixing arms are set in stirring vat while square and round holes are scientifically arranged in mixing vanes, which both realize real three-dimensional mixing work of concrete with discharge surplus nearly achieving zero and with concrete eduction greatly avoided. Mobile discharge chute can be locked at 4 different positions to achieve discharge operation in different directions. The whole truck adopts blasting and baking finish to produce an elegant and pleasing outline with such advantages as smooth and reliable slewing, speedy discharge, low surplus rate, handy operation, and long using life.

Oil tank and radiator are imported top brand combination with temperature control switch and vacuum meter while oil change and maintenance are both easy.

Pump, motor, and reductor all adopt original imported AMERICA static pressure driving system with big driving torque and high efficiency.

The combinatory light is under the pedal without any easy touch or easy concrete staining.

     

Big-diameter feeding bucket doesn’ t overflow during speedy feeding. On the bucket top is cleaning hose with no easy choking but with easy cleaning.

Guardrail full of humanization.

Big-round-angle seal cover with no dead angle and no concrete surplus.

     

Double operating handles separately control stirring vat rotating speed and direction and engine rotating speed with reliable locking positioning device.

Toolbox affords much convenience to put in various tools.

Lowest-position water outlet is of easy approach.

     

U-shaped bolt can safely and reliably connect.

Imported hose and connector are separately from GERMANY EMB and ITALY MANULI.

Cycle filter trolley with 4 sets of precision filters can filter the hydraulic oil repeatedly to ensure the oil cleanliness reaching beyond NAS7.

     

Truck frame adopts tri-axial lineation machining, and adopts laser check to ensure an accurate installation position.

Original imported hydraulic oil pollution degree detector can ensure all the oil grain pollution degree to reach beyond NAS7 and greatly improved the hydraulic system’ s using life.

All the vanes adopt mould to pressurize to ensure the vanes’ outer size up to requirement.

     

Tri-axial design picture Three-section double logarithm helix surface design can ensure concrete speedy feeding and discharge and low surplus rate, while scientific arrangement of mixing arm and mixing hole can ensure concrete against eduction. Feeding small cone can ensure fast feeding, little impact on the vane, and adequate discharge continuity.

 

Hose buckling device is totally from GERMANY HYDAC.

Stirring vat auto-welding improves production efficiency and makes welding quality finer.

     

Fault indicator can check all welding seams of stirring vat to ensure good welding quality after it’ s being welded by auto-welding machine.

Blasting room By using workmanship sequence such as blasting-primer-coating-baking finish mixer truck paint’ s using life is guaranteed.

 

Baking finish room and professional and advanced baking equipments prolong paint’ s using life.
