Portable hand lubropump P-392
Pressure High pressure MPa 70
Low pressure 1
Flux High pressure ml/time 2.3
Low pressure 12.5
Maximum pressure on the handle N 500
Weight kg 4.1
Size(length x width x height) mm 560x120x176
Output volume of oil In3 55
3.working principle
1> To add oil. When starting work, the oil is pressed through one-way valves of low pressure and high pressure into the tube connected with the selant injection tool.
When the pressure achieves over 1Mpa, the low pressure valve is opened and through the valve returns the oil in the low pressure tube back into the oil tank.
2> To raise pressure: as the high pressure plunger works, pressure increases until it reaches 70 Mpa. At this pressure unit, the high pressure valve, acting as the security valve, returns to the oil tank and thus, the pressure remains 70Mpa.
3>to use it.Asthe flunger does work, the energy decreases. So please keep pressing the handle in order to keep the pressure lingering at the required level until the work is completed.
4> to release pressure: after work, as release valve is opened, the pressure decreases gradually to 0 Mpa and the oil goes back to the oil tank.
In fact, the 4 steps mentioned above are indispensible and what you need to do is to keep pressing the handle to complete the process.
