Considering of the customer requirements and all kinds of working condition, BCC developed KSP-I-2000 continuous wall mount particle analyser independently, and became the first particle concentration monitor manufacturer using the method of light fluctuation in China.
KSP-I-2000 Light Fluctuation Method is the most accurate and stable technology in analysing concentrates of particle with the characters of easy operation, high precision of measure result and particular design structure.
A clean, low pressure, high volume gas source are fitted to the heads of the purge air system. The gas can pass through the outermost optical surfaces of each sensing head, to prevent particulate from building up on them. Besides, due to the fact of high sensitive of KSP-I-2000 and the high stain resistance of mirror, the maintenance times are reduced a lot, and extend the maintenance intervals.
Because of the advantage of KSP-I-2000, it can be used in the wide field of Power system, Chemical enterprises, Cement plants, Textile mills, Waste incineration station, heating boiler of city and so on. It is a product you can choose and rely on.
Measuring principle
The whole sensor system is consisting of emitter head and receiving head which locate at the opposite side of the flue. In the emitter head, a light-emitting diode with high power is installed and emits light pulse of which wavelength and frequency is fixed. The light pulse passes through the flue gas and is received by receiving head. When particulate in flue gas passing through infrared light beam can change the light intensity, and the intensity is proportional to the particulate concentration. The test result of particulate concentration is obtained through measuring the intensity of light beam.
