HTPL818 electro hydraulic servo valve Technical Data
See Fig.3 for the operating principle of the valve. The valve is composed of electronic controller, two stage double-nozzle force feedback electro-hydraulic flow control servovalve which is regarded as a pilot valve, and the third stage up rated spool type control valve. There is a displacement transducer at one end of the third stage spool. The displacement of spool is fed back to the input end of electronic controller by way of electric feedback to make of closed position loop. Send an electric signal to the valve, resulting in a corresponding displacement exported by the third stage spool, and a flow rate exported by the third stage valve. The output flow of valve is proportional to the input current signal when the load pressure is at fixed value.
