Application:
This machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and light industries. Etc, to blend powdery materials and granulate.
The blending and granulating procedures and completed in the same vessel of the machine. Powdery materials in the stationary conic vessel remain in a semi-flowing and rolling state owing to the agitation by a blending paddle, and are fully mixed. After pouring in adhesives , the powdery materials gradually change into fine, damp granules turn moist and their shapes begin paddle and the inside wall of vessel, powdery materials turn into loose, soft materials. Through the action of granule shaping paddle, the soft materials gradually change into fine, damp granules with the same size.

7. Interlayer jacket cooling and automatic temperature control can improve the quality of granules.
8. 36-degree Zigzag mixing paddles work in three-dimensional motion. The distance between the mixing paddles and the surface of boiler button is0. 5 – 1. 5mm, so it can mix evenly. There are few residues left on the boiler wall, so it can reduce friction and save 25% energy.
9. It is of labyrinth sealing construction. The rotary axel cavity can automatically spray and clean, featuring reliability in sealing and ease in cleaning.
10. Double frequency control(vector type), the mixing paddles and granulating blades start at a lower speed featuring in big moment and the rotating speed is adjustable and stepless.
11. Equipped with an automatic programmable system, the PLC with analogue quantity modular control can measure and monitor the current in granulating.
