Embossed wood grain surface

The steel to make the panels is in high quality. The surface coating adopts latest nanometer technology, which is antistatic, corruption resistance, radiation protection, provided with self-clean function. Even if it is exposed to the outside and undergo the gas and dust pollution, insulation or rain and wind, it will remain the original color and as lustrous as a new one. In addition, both sides of the door panels are adopted the same color steel.

Polyurethane foam layer

Door panel is filled with high-quality polyurethane foam equably and the foam density is up to 40kg/m3. Therefore, the door panel is provided with good intensity, heat preservation and sound insulation capability. If you need to use the garage as your studio or want to knock through the garage and house, the door panel will decrease the heat consumption greatly.
